Formed in 1976, to provide for and to promote the health, safety, common good and social welfare of the owners of property in the Wakefield Neighborhood, the association consists of a mixture of over 1,450 single family, town homes and apartments. The amenities include a neighborhood center, pool, playgrounds, tennis courts and miles of waking trails.
